Three Decades of Creative Vision.
Built with Expertise.
The Creative House
Established in 1995, Shadow Group transforms ideas into compelling spaces, installations and visitor experiences. We bring together artistic vision, design expertise and fabrication capabilities to deliver projects from concept to completion.
Our foundations in exhibition design, coordination, organisation and interior design have evolved into a multidisciplinary practice spanning museum consultancy, project design and execution, sculpture, customised art installations and technology-integrated exhibitions.
Contributing to National Recognition
Since 1999, Shadow Group has helped present Kerala’s identity at the India International Trade Fair in New Delhi. Across nearly 25 years of continuous participation, our work has contributed to Kerala securing 10 Gold, 6 Silver and 2 Bronze medals.
These achievements reflect our ability to translate Kerala’s culture, heritage and development vision into distinctive exhibition environments on a national stage.
Strengthening Our Capabilities
Between 2000 and 2010, we expanded into sectors where specialised artistic skill could make a decisive difference. We established dedicated divisions for ultra-realistic animal sculptures, taxidermy, skeletal reassembly and display, customised art installations and commemorative mementos.
We also formed a dedicated division to conceptualise and execute government projects, including Kuravan and Kurathi at Ramakkalmedu, Thenmala Sculpture Park, Kallar Ecotourism Project and Shankhumukham Pearl Oyster Park.
Three Decades of Execution
For 30 years, Shadow Group has designed and fabricated tableaux for institutions across Kerala, delivering more than 400 tableaux across India.
We combine sculpture, fabrication and thematic storytelling to turn complex ideas into powerful visual narratives. This extensive experience gives us the practical expertise to take ambitious concepts through to finished presentations.
The Expertise to Deliver
Shadow Group continues to undertake and execute projects across India, drawing on three decades of practical experience. We unite creative thinking, technical knowledge and fabrication expertise to give every project a distinctive identity and a lasting impact.
“We Give Ideas Form and Bring Experiences to Life.”
From Concept
to Experience
In 2011, Shadow Group established a dedicated museum projects and consultancy division, bringing experienced curators together to guide its development. Since entering active museum practice in 2013, we have combined curatorial direction, spatial design, artistic fabrication and technology to create engaging encounters with history, heritage and knowledge.
Our focus is clear: give content a strong visual presence and make it accessible, engaging and memorable.
Effective Museum Operations
We integrate 360-degree projection mapping, surface projection, centralised control systems and commercial LED displays according to the specific demands of each project.
Our approach considers both visitor experience and daily operations. Centralised control brings exhibition systems together at a single operating point, simplifying routine management, reducing repetitive manual intervention and enabling more efficient use of staff time.
“PRESERVING A TIMELESS HERITAGE”
